Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is able to deal with most enquiries and problems faced by staff and students online. Please use the online self-service desk, call or email when assistance is required

If face to face support is needed you will need to make an appointment to ensure safe working practices are maintained in line with current guidance

Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm

Logging issues

When logging issues the more information that you can give the better. Useful information to include if possible:

  • Time of issues
  • If it affected just one of your devices or all your devices
  • If it affected just you or others in your area
  • Details about the equipment you are using
  • If you noticed anything just before the issues started, e.g. you noticed a new wireless network being broadcasted
  • If you’ve recently installed any software / updates for your system
